Tutoring
Our tutoring program runs every Tuesday (~3-5:30PM) throughout the school year and is designed to support middle and high school students through personalized, one-on-one academic assistance across all subject areas. Snacks are provided to create a welcoming, supportive environment where they can focus and thrive. Transportation to and from tutoring is offered upon request. Each quarter, students set individual academic goals, and we use a self-monitoring approach to help youth track their progress and build accountability over time. Additionally, each student participates in regular grade checks to stay on top of their academic performance.
Tutoring Schedule
3:00-4:00PM: Students arrive, get snacks, grade checks, and do self monitoring on their goals
3:50-4:00PM: Announcements for the week and students are paired up with tutors
4:00-5:30PM: Tutoring
5:30-6:00PM: Clean up and coordinate rides home

If you would like to refer a student, we'd love to have them come be apart of our village. If you're looking to volunteer to be a tutor too, we'd love to have you.
